En este trabajo se analiza la aparición y la evolución de unos tribunales específicos en el ámbito laboral durante el primer cuarto del siglo XX. Los Tribunales Industriales, creados en 1908, no disfrutaron de competencias exclusivas. Este periodo histórico destacó por las reivindicaciones de la clase obrera para regular sus condiciones laborales: jornada, salarios, protección frente a los accidentes, regulación del trabajo de las mujeres y los menores, etc. Para solucionar los conflictos laborales, junto a los órganos judiciales específicos, se crearon organismos paralelos (Tribunales Ferroviarios, Jurados Mixtos, Comités Paritarios, entre otros), que coexistieron los Tribunales Industriales hasta su desaparición definitiva en 1938, con la creación de las Magistraturas de Trabajo.

In this work there is analyzed the appearance and the evolution of a few specific courts in the labor area during the first quarter of the 20th century. The Industrial Courts, created in 1908, did not enjoy exclusive competitions. This historical period stood out for the recoveries of the working class to regulate his working conditions: day, wages, protection opposite to the accidents, regulation of the work of the women and the minors, etc. To solve the labor conflicts, close to the judicial specific organs, there were created parallel organisms (Railway Courts, Mixed Jurors, Equal Committees, between others), that coexisted the Industrial Courts up to his definitive disappearance in 1938, with the creation of the Magistracies of Work.
